I have used Gilmore’s Collision Center several times over the years and have always been satisfied with their work. Currently, I work way outside of the Wichita Falls area and for an undetermined length of time (8-1/2 weeks this last time). The Gilmore’s staff got me in immediately and made the needed repairs quickly to fit my weekend schedule. Only one little issue where 2 spots of paint came off during paintless dent repair and washing the truck. Gilmore’s will fix it at my convenience and at no cost to me!! Awesome service! Very courteous! Would recommend them to anyone!!

My car went in because of an accident, car vs very large deer in Kentucky. By the time they were finished with it, it looked good as new. The employees were professional, knowledgeable and kind.The only drawback was the lack of masks or not wearing masks properly.We will recommend Joe Hudson Collision to our friends and neighbors.😷😎

My experience with Joe Hudson''s Collision was great. They communicated with me about my car throughout the whole process of fixing my car. My car looks great! I can not even tell that it was ever damaged. Their website is setup to complete needed paperwork about your car and to check on it as it is being fixed. I really found this to be helpful.

I had a great experience with Joe Hudson's Collision Center. The staff was communicative, timely, and informative. All of my questions were answered and the work was done well. I appreciated being informed at each stage of the repair.

I worked with Dave and he was helpful and answered all of my questions. I was told when I made the appointment that the estimate would take approximately 45 minutes but Dave had us in and out fast in about 20 minutes. I received the full estimate with photos included sent to my email. He also sent the estimate to the insurance company. Great customer service, and I will be using Joe Hudson shop to complete all the repairs to my van.

Professional body shop .

My insurance company (Allstate) recommended Joe Hudson’s, and I’m glad they did. Kevin was very helpful and quick to respond throughout the entire process. I didn’t end up getting repairs here because my car ended up being totaled. But I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here should I need any repairs in the future.
